So I saw this sign for Trees Organic Coffee on Granville Street in Vancouver last weekend when I went to see the musical Dear Evan Hansen and catch up with good friends. How could I resist?! After all, it says “voted BEST cheesecake in Vancouver!” Of course I went in to check it out. I love the simple wood decor with little booths for 2 tucked into the long side wall. Cool logo too! But back to the cheesecake…

I have a big weakness for coconut and when I saw it there in the display case there was no turning back. I had coconut cheesecake and English Breakfast tea for lunch. Delicious!
